Always Interconnected...
Connected through love, like threads in a tapestry,
A broken heart, from a time so far, yet near.
In my youth, so foolish, unsure where to steer,
My family shattered, the root of my frailty.
Fractured and at war, I wandered, lost and blind,
As time wove its web, transforming pain into wisdom,
Upon the rocky ground, I sought my own kingdom,
Finding peace, contentment, love to bind.
In a fleeting heartbeat, a chance encounter,
I'm whisked back to a time, half-forgotten, half-clear,
Where memories and love, once more, reappear,
A past so distant, yet its presence grows louder.
Long disconnected, now at my doorstep stand,
In the twilight, as shadows merge with the night,
I ponder the youth that once held me so tight,
How delicate, naïve, like a castle of sand.
In this vast tapestry, we remain intertwined,
Our stories and memories are forever connected,
The love that we shared, is never to be neglected,
For in the echoes of our past, the present we find.
