An October Prayer for Body, Mind and Spirit
As the cool winds of October sweep across the land,
we
pause to turn inward, seeking the stillness that calls us to care for both body
and soul.
In
this moment of reflection, may we find the strength to honour the quiet needs
within us,
and
to listen to the whispers of our deeper selves.
Help
us, in this time, to tend to our well-being with gentle compassion,
to
care for our mental and physical health,
and
to understand that in doing so, we honour the sacredness of our lives.
May
we release the patterns and habits that no longer serve us,
making
space for the growth that nurtures our wholeness.
Grant
us the wisdom to recognise that true peace comes not from the distractions of
the world,
but
from the balance and harmony we cultivate within.
As
the days grow shorter, may we find time to pause, to reflect,
and
to heal the hidden parts of ourselves that long for attention.
In
the quiet of this season,
may
we embrace the process of becoming,
