A moment of dissent...
In
the chamber, bright and gleaming,
Gathered
they, a throng of souls,
Microcosm
of existence,
Striving
for a common goal.
A
young, poised figure standing,
Radiating
strength and grace,
Urged
the voices of the future
Speak,
and let their whispers blaze.
Name
and pronoun, words defining,
Germaine
led the dance of sounds,
But
the sixth, a rebel spirit,
Broke
the chains that tightly bound.
Silence
bloomed, expectant, heavy,
Moment's
hush, a challenge laid,
Yet
the spark of confrontation
In
an instant, swiftly fades.
At
the table's edge, observing,
Witness
to the strange ballet,
Compliance
and dissent colliding,
Silent
voice, in disarray.
Leaving
now, the end uncertain,
Lost
within the deafening din,
Musing
on the irony,
Of
conformity within.
